N°21 is known for an androgynous feel, quirky glam details, and unexpected silhouettes. It’s luxury brought down to a modern era and crossing cultural boundaries. The brand launched with the Autumn-Winter 2010/2011 Collection presented during the Milan’s Fashion Week. It is distributed by Gilmar Group in 420 multibrand stores worldwide. Now it takes extra steps to ensure its promising global expansion!
No. 21 recently announced the opening of two shop-in-shops in Seoul, South Korea at the Shinsegae and Hyundai department stores. The official Distribution Agreement for South Korea which the Italian fashion house signed with LF Corporation is part of the brand’s business development plan for Asia, set in motion in 2014 with the opening in Tokyo of the very first No. 21 flagship store.
The two shops feature an interior design concept that Alessandro Dell’Acqua, brand founder and Creative Director, produced jointly with the architectural firm of Hannes Peer.To highlight the originality of the No. 21 world, precious statuary and marquina marble, mirror glass, glass, wood, aluminum and steel interact brilliantly with furnishings inspired by the contemporary art of Reinhard Mucha and Damien Hirst.
Both shops carry the collections of all three No. 21 lines: women’s, men’s and accessories. Alessandro Dell’Acqua comments: “I’m very happy about this second important step N°21 has taken in Asia. Seoul is a dynamic city, full of contrasts and creative influences, ideal for my brand.”
Asia is, as we know, a rapidly growing market, especially the big cities that embrace fashion and the latest lifestyle trends. No.21 seems to be quite appealing to the fashion savvy audience, offering a new edgy and chic approach to style as well as attention-grabbing minimalism and craftsmanship!
Love!!!
