For Cushnie et Ochs the FW18 show was a 10th anniversary but also the last show with the designer duo at the helm. It was an amazing collection of signature sexy looks for the modern woman. There was a live performance and the minimalist concrete-floored venue had the perfect evening view. I’ll let visuals speak.
The intro was magnetic, captivating, one that triggers curiosity and a desire to see through the glass door.
The performance by Aluna George was charming, magical, gave the perfect finale to a great collaboration between Michelle Ochs (the one who departs) and Carly Cushnie. Yet we didn’t know about the split at that time.
As always I loved the imaginative and sultry slits, cut-outs, and plunging V-necks the predominantly eveningwear brand is known for! They were tailored for a fun night out!
There were also some fun & edgy outerwear pieces in the collection.
That was my favorite glam evening gown in slo-mo. Metallics are here to stay!
