My Looks from NYFW FW18 & How to Dress for the Next

Since I’m now in the spirit of styling me for the next New York Fashion Week this September, I thought it could be cool to remember what I was wearing last season and how I put everything together. It’s quite a process, because one needs to go through the trends before deciding on what to wear each day. I usually take a picture of my styling to pick later, the looks I liked the most. I was quite fortunate to be photographed and published again by both major traditional and hipper media outlets, so let’s see the highlights.

As you already know, I’m the owner and Creative Director of Feel Good Fur. I design outerwear and accessories crafted from recycled or food by-product fur. So, I was wearing this fluffy collar “hashtag” back jacket when they decided from WWD X Samsung to draw this amazing sketch of mine! I combined it with on-trend OFF-WHITE vinyl-looking glossed leather pants, Givenchy sneakers, a Gucci beanie, and Alexander McQueen statement boots.

I was excited to see that I was included in Man Repeller’s NYFW best dressed list!

From the same Feel Good Fur FW18 collection I wore the Heart Coat with Alexander McQueen sneakers, my preferred brand at that point for fancy footwear!

I also matched to the Feel Good Fur Heart purse!

I was heading to the R13 show when I decided to go head-to-toe tonal blue, styling the already very popular ‘Monster’ coat from the Feel Good Fur FW18 collection with the OFF-WHITE binder clip metallic purse and chunky Eugenia Kim beanie knitted in Peru.

One day I was excited to play with textures and took with crazy pic while in the cab, right after a morning show!

Beyond the monochrome choice, I decided to contrast the Feel Good Fur ‘Monster’ coat to the J.W Anderson fringed ‘Pierce’ purse. I also tied my hair into a casual top knot and mixed them with custom magenta culottes. The look became an instant success published in little pose variations on Fashionista.com, Bureau247, FashionCanada

Another Monster coat from the Feel Good Fur collection was captured by acclaimed photographer Mr Newton.

To match the retro mood of the fluffy stunner I tried a fake bob hairstyle with my beloved hairstylist Michael Klokouzas.
