I am really craving the first of Tom Ford’s Signature Collection fragrances named Violet Blonde and coming early September, probably to counteract the impact of another term, that one of “Strawberry Blonde” most popular among hair colorists. Its amazing packaging plus the delicious image of ultra seductive Lara Stone in the campaign make me completely impatient, trying to imagine and smell the combination of top-note violet leaf, mandarin and pink pepper with iris, orris butter and Sambac jasmin at the heart of the perfume. It seems stunning and quite full as a blend of marvelous Italian scents. By the end of the year two more will appear gradually on the market, Jasmin Rouge and Santal Blush, which means that we have to wait more months for the whole signature inspiration to be revealed. Violet Blonde is going to be an Eau de Parfum and will be available in 30 and 50 ml alluring containers similar to the Black Orchid and White Patchouli bottles but much more sophisticated in terms of colors.
